What is Yubo Sathi Scheme 2026?
Yubo Sathi is a monthly unemployment allowance scheme (বেকারদের জন্য যুব সাথী প্রকল্প 2026) for educated and job-seeking youth of West Bengal. Who Will Get the Benefits of Yubo Sathi Prakalpa?

1. Permanent Resident of West Bengal
Only permanent residents of West Bengal are eligible to receive benefits under the Banglar Yubo Sathi scheme.
2. Educated and Unemployed Youth
The scheme is designed specifically for educated but unemployed youth who are searching for jobs, preparing for competitive exams, or planning for higher education.
3. Educational Qualification
Applicants must have passed Secondary (Madhyamik) or an equivalent examination. Candidates with higher educational qualifications are also eligible.

5. Not Receiving Other Educational Benefits
Applicants who are already receiving benefits from any other government scholarship, education allowance, or financial assistance scheme will not be eligible for Banglar Yubo Sathi.
Jubo Sathi Payment
Banglar Yubo Sathi is a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. The monthly allowance will be credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account. Eligible youth can receive ₹1,500 per month for a maximum period of five years.
