What is Yubo Sathi Scheme 2026?
Yubo Sathi is a monthly unemployment allowance scheme (বেকারদের জন্য যুব সাথী প্রকল্প 2026) for educated and job-seeking youth of West Bengal. The scheme was announced in the state budget to support young people who are preparing for higher education, competitive examinations, or actively searching for employment.
Eligible beneficiaries will receive ₹1,500 every month, provided they are not already receiving benefits from any other education-related scholarship or government financial assistance.
The main objective of this scheme is to reduce financial stress among unemployed youth so that they can focus on building their future with confidence.

কারা এই প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পাবেন? (Eligibility Criteria)
পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, যারা এই প্রকল্পের সুবিধা নিতে চান তাদের নিম্নলিখিত যোগ্যতাগুলো থাকা আবশ্যক:
১. পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা
আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে। ঠিকানার প্রমাণ হিসেবে আধার কার্ড বা ভোটার কার্ড প্রয়োজন।
২. শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (মাধ্যমিক পাশ)
কমপক্ষে মাধ্যমিক বা সমতুল্য পরীক্ষায় পাশ করতে হবে। উচ্চতর শিক্ষিতরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন, তবে নূন্যতম যোগ্যতা মাধ্যমিক পাশ।
৩. বয়সের সময়সীমা (২১ - ৪০ বছর)
আবেদনকারীর বয়স অবশ্যই ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে। ২১ বছরের নিচে বা ৪০ বছরের উপরে কেউ আবেদন করতে পারবেন না।
Jubo Sathi Payment
Banglar Yubo Sathi is a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. The monthly allowance will be credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account. Eligible youth can receive ₹1,500 per month for a maximum period of five years.

Before applying Yubo Sathi, applicants should keep the following documents ready. It is recommended to keep scanned copies in digital format for online application.
